Well the best time I believe I have seen for a stock Z is 14.1. Granted thats the best that I have seen from a good driver from a magazine. IF he is a decent driver, then you need to be running something close to that to beat him.

Good luck and keep us posted.

And 350Z do not come with alot of torque, around 230-240wtq dyno'd by some stock 350z. They have less wheel torque then the srt4, 350z do not deserve that much credit.

have you raced one before? go race one that is manual and a good driver and i bet you take that quote back. for a stock n/a car that can keep up with a turbo vehicle, it derserves credit where credit is due hands down.

First off Mike, we're all still waiting on those lambo door kits. Second don't worry this kid about his gf when he ask a newb question. 3rd, I've beaten every 350z I encountered on the highway and stop light. I boost 15psi daily.

1. you will NEVER get lambo's from me cuz i couldnt make them. 2. of coarse you dominate 350's on 15psi. im saying, a freinds 350 kept up with me last year on 6-7psi. thats pretty damn fast for a stock n/a car.

I forgot about this thread, but i guess i can reply now. No i have never raced one in my car, but in a stock srt4 i have and they still are slow. I have a friend that owns one(which is now has the greddy twin turbo kit). Oh, it is also manual(so i better be scared now that its fast since it has a manual tranny). For a stock n/a car to keep up with a turbocharged car, did you forget that have 2 more cylinders and are 3.0L compared to our 2.0L 4 cylinder. Could that be why they keep up, you tell me. I got plenty of friends that know about nissan's and for them to have a TT kit added and still be slow, not worth it. No credit here, it doesnt deserve credit, you must only know people with slow cars b/c to give that credit is retarded. Not trying to starg a battle, just stating my opinion.

my buddy has a TT 350z and it kicked my ass all over town last year on 10psi...
for you to say a TT manual 350z is slow, thats weird. its not fast as hell like a TT supra would be, but c'mon, 350's are nice, smooth looking and fast for a factory built motor. 6 cyl or whatever, compare it to a base 6 cyl mustang, race those. the 350 wins. i still give credit to the 350z no matter what anyone says.

3.5L V6, thats why. Its motor sports 2 more cylinders and 150% more displacement. Go figure. Even at 6-7psi, if he was a MTX, I'd say he beat you. 6-7psi = ~180hp vs. 230hp.

Actually there is another guy down here with a G35 with the TT greddy kit. Its not that they are slow twin turboed, but come on now. For the price of everything and the weight, it would take a rebuilt motor to be able to handle quick cars. By that time you should of saved and bought a real car, like a supra or skyline, or a fast domestic. Everyone has their opinion so thats cool.

i agree they are slow for being a twin turbo car when modded with the tt kit, but they still kick ass and are faster than the normal v6 out there.... holla
