Why did I do so bad? Both times I won when I linde up against a 5spd civic with an iceman and exhaust. I honestly expected more... well I am a star kit stage 2 at only 5psi. I didnt expect to run,b but my friends paid for me and kinda pressured me into it, so I still had the spare, sub and a passenger in there. the first launch I was still looking at my passenger for tips when i got the launch light... so that messed me up. the honda would pull ion 1st and then I would fly past him. what do you guys recommend? also it was in palmdale california for all you that know where that is. My friends jag with a chevy v8 ran 17's there before and I know he smokes camaro ss's on the street .... whats up with this? oh on the bright side saw an nsx burn an s2000. thanks

oh the honda ran a 20.520 @ 64.729mph and a reaction of .720

wow, either those times are really off or your car is really slow. you say your friend pulls on ss's. they are 13's stock. and he ran 17's?! wtf is up with that? something is wrong with the times.

think that maybe it was the altitude. oh and my friend was having overheating probs, I think he adjusted his timming to too much advancing.

Im auto Clay. So I power brake that bish to about 2K any higher and the brakes cant hold back the car(they use to when i only had a cai and exhaust). I was affraid of getting a red light. My reaction time is what killed me and auto didnt help. Once the turbo spooled though I flew by the honda even though he had a 2-3 car headstart.

the track must be fucked up cause i dont think with a stage 2 you would run that high E.T.'s and yes i run 16.9's

It must be the track and the altitude, 17 second timeslips for a car with a chevy v8 is a very slow timeslip for a car that can outpace SS camaros.

I think its the altitude most of all. What do s2000's and nsx's run? Ill get the times from other cars next time and see if I can find any altitude numbers. geesh this is sad. What I do know is hurting me is
1. passenger
2. system, spare and all the other weight.
3. AUTO!!!
4. 5psi on a stage 2 STAR
5. 16 in Rims wirth shit wrapped around em.. goodyear egles
