4:1 disk is too high for the42lb imjectors... plus your gonna need either an SFMU or a way to lower your base fuel pressure.
The normal FMU does not let you control base fuel pressure, only raises it with boost... but with 42lbers you need about 20 psi idle fuel pressure... not the stock 43.5psi...
