Okay, good luck with your project! It's going to be a huge task, and I understand you can get a cheap engine and all, but the amount of things that you'll need to custom make and replace will be a lot of grief for you. You'll understand what I mean later after you start this project.
You could have a running, turbocharged, 2.4L Eclipse in two weeks, or 6 months.
