Yeah...I've heard that the turbo to manifold connection should be machined well enough that you don't need a gasket. My HRC has a metal gasket there though . If you get a universal gasket for the manifold to downpipe connection, be sure to avoid paper gaskets. They burn out quickly. Get an aluminum or copper gasket for that joint. I've got an aluminum one and it works very nicely <$2.50>. You may have to use a rasp to enlarge the bolt holes on the gasket. The won't burn up, blow out, and are reusable.
