#913, "What should my idle fuel pressure be?"

I have the Vortech Fully Adjustible FMU and 440cc fuel injectors and I got it all in and started up the car and there was only like like 5psi of fuel pressure and it ran fine, I turned in the static screw and got it to 25 psi and it would not go any higher! I herd it should be like 38-40. Is it because my big injectors? What should I do? even if I turn the static screw almost all the way in it only reaches 25psi. I think my big injectors don't need that much anyways. And when I hit 25 psi at idle it chugged and then died. I have not drove it yet so I'm not sure about under throttle. I need to get my idle set first. Please help someone! Thanks!
