The car will absolutely make more power with a few more less restrictive mods, but it does not mean it can not make power now. Pressure is overrated. The S16G is not that large of a turbo.

Have you not considered that perhaps your temps are so high because you are too RICH?? I suspect you are simply heating up the probe. even going from 10.1 up to 11.3:1 is pretty damn rich. You most likely have a lot of unburnt fuel sitting in your exhaust igniting later on causing your temps to read high. Also remember that the probe has a delay and is not in real time.
