I dont know what you guys are talking about but With my stage2 and 9psi I destroy Z28's and even edged out a new SS camaro. (his nose at my door til top of 3rd gear). Ive raced a brand new GT stang and I had him by a car. I also beat a GS-T and the guy told me after he runs 12.8 on slicks. The SS is a high 12 low 13 car, GT stang is low 13 car. and the GS-T if hes not lying is a high 12 low 13 second car with slicks. It is 100% possible. all i have to performance is the turbo and exhaust.
