To the OP, I can see a attempt at making your sentences better. I am not the best at sentence structures and such but I like to believe mine are easy to read and understand.
As far as your setup as mentioned above the amount of boost you can run is going to depend on your setup. I am also in the process of my first turbo build and its quite a bit of work and research.
Use the search function as much as possible and it will be your friend. I have found that 90% of questions I want to ask have been answered.
