Definitely need to know wideband O2 readings to tune. It is pretty risky boosting without any feedback gauges. Looking to melt a piston? :p

If you suspect injectors, it is relatively easy to pop the rail and injectors out and send them out for cleaning & balancing. Or buy some new ones.
