#598, "Indiglo gauge faces"

Hey all

Ok..this is really getting annoying. I have APC's Indiglo lights installed. Does anyone else have the "Flicker" or not operate at all until the interior gets warm. I live in a cold area and the temp gets down in the low teen's at night. At first I thought it was the rheostat that controls the brightness. {I keep it turned down fairly low} The lights wil not operate reguardless of the intensity I select. Could this be the little box after the rheostat? Is the luminesnese temperature sensitive? Hope some can help me!
