Can a 2g intake bolt up to a 1g head and vise versa?

I'm not totally sure what form of hermaphrodite motor my new GSX has in it, neither did the owner who doesn't know shit about cars, just had deep pockets, and the shop that did the work couldn't remember either since it was almost a year ago. So, I have a Cyclone intake on a 1g or 2g head, but I'd rather use my old 2g intake, will it bolt on to either 1g or 2g heads?

I'm sure I'll have many new questions since I don't know much about this car, so please bare with me while I figure it out.
