By GS-T do you mean a turbo'd GS, or a factory turbo eclipse? That fact doesn't really matter, but this site is dedicated to 420a's.

Get the car to a shop nearby and have them perform a boostleak test if you're incapable of doing so yourself. They usually run about $25. When you ask questions be more specific. As the type of turbo you have can play into effect, as well as upgraded intercooler piping, etc...
