Its cheap because its made in Mexico from painted mild steel. I used to have the pacesetter headers and I still use my pacesetter exhaust piping (got rid of the muffler though). I did have to work a little to get them to fit, but the price was right and they've held together fine for years. I got rid of the headers because I got a turbo. I tossed the muffler because the tip was rusting and didn't look good. I still use the exhaust piping, but with a magnaflow muffler. Its a decent, cheap way to get a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust.
