Yes they put a new throttle plate on it. I haven't had mine bored by them but I did buy mine from them and sold two used TB one of which I know was bored by them. The stock TB is 52mm at its largest point but tapers in several mm like a venturi towards the center of the TB. They bore 55mm all the way through (its 3mm larger at the largest point but several mm more larger thant he smallest point of the stock TB).
