Someone has stuffed a Sebring V6 into an Eclipse GS and it was up for sale on Ebay. There was a grip of posts about it in the temporary forum. You should check the archives if its not still there. It looks good until you find that you have to go with an automatic, which unfortunately made V6 sebrings slower than the I4 sebrings/avengers with a 5 speed
