If you have no luck with the idle...

Adjust the throttle plate to open slightly more.

Do this, or loosen the two bolts that hold the throttle cable to the intake mani, and pull back on the cable slightly.

This will open the throttle plate slightly. You can do this while its running to achieve optimum idle.

However this should be only a temp solution because the throttle cable will lossen as it expands over time.
