If you are looking to make between 275-300whp, you may want to reconsider running the 14B. That is a small turbo with great response, but you will just be blowing hot air if you really turn the boost up. Everyone is going to have a different opinion on what turbo you should run, but if I had to make a recommendation for your power goals I would say to look for either a 16G or a T28 ball bearing. Those are good turbos, not outrageously big, and will certainly be able to meet your power goals.
