Our crank pulleys use an interferance fit to attach themselves firmly to the crank. You MUST heat it with a torch of some kind evenly around the bolt hole before trying to get it off. MUST MUST MUST. You can seriously damage the threads inside the crank if you don't do this. Also, you must do to same when putting it back on. If you don't, it may not line up properly and you will find yourself shreading belts.

HEAT it ON and OFF.

Built block.
Refinished head.
Tuned suspension.
