If you fried the voltage regulator in the ECU, YOU ARE IN LUCK! CODE4 recently had the same problem (likely from a short in the 2O2S power lead) and found a work around using an external regulator from a Dodge Omni or something. Find CODE4 and PM him. He is an active Marine, but he's out in SoVa with Aggression and them boys. I'm sure he can tell you how to solve this problem for less than $50.
