Which tool do you speak of, is there one more fitting than a rubber mallet and flat head screw driver?

I guess maybe I'll take pictures when I do it and hopefully they'll be helpful to others. I'm just not looking forward to this at all.

BTW, I think I know the answer but haven't been able to verify, is the rear main a one-piece or two?
