Maybe, maybe not. At least you are at a known good point. Let me check the specs tonight and see what we can test on the sensor side of things. The ECU uses a coolant temperature sensor and a vehicle speed sensor to make decisions on what fan(s) will turn on and when. I'll check that and reply back with a few more things to inspect. I don't know where you are with your project. Is the car drivable right now so you can check the speed sensor if required later? I wasn't sure if you kept it plated and insured over the winter months.
