Ok you have proper voltages at the cam which means the ECU is outputting the sensor voltages. Fuel pump kicks on so you have 12v to the relays as you are supposed to.
Injector pulse, you want to use a testlight between the 2 wires of the injector plug. When cranking the light should flicker.
Edit, do a key dance to see if you have any stored codes during cranking. Also, i told you the third wire at the cam was the ECU signal wire, its not, it's a ground, my mistake. Check the third wire to be a ground, it will be black with a green strip IIRC.
