When you jumper the ASD relay and Fuel pump relay, both items do power up correct?

Check your fuses for one. Next check the plug at your Cam sensor, you should have a 5v reference and a 9v reference. the remaining wire is ECU signal wire. If you are missing one of those voltages then that is a lead to the problem.

Open up the harness completely where it was burned and make sure your not missing a wire damaged. It is very possible one of those burned wires blew a fuse or fuseable link.

Check to see if you have injector pulse.

You havent not wired in the MS harness yet have you?
