Lets take a step back and veryify some things..

You are not getting spark on one or both coils? correct?
YOu ARE getting 12volts on the center wire of the coil connector during crank, correct?

Next is to verify the ECU trigger signals on the end wires. I like to use a led tester for this, you can get one from snap on, ect, that flash the led for each trigger pulse. Thats the easiest way to find out if the ECU is sending the trigger signals to the coilpack. Do this, and then go from there.
