To the guy earlier in the post that said he was "gonna" have 400whp for less than 7k, or just a little more...Dude...i wouldnt talk about what you are "gonna" have until you have it. if you had any clue how hard it is to tune for 400whp, then i doubt you will say that. Anyone and their momma can throw a built engine together and slap a turbo kit on. the REAL power is made in tuning it right. without that, you can run 30psi and you wont make 400whp. not baggin on you or anything, but you make it sound easy or something, and its not. if you have 7k to spend....figure at least 1-2k more than that to pay for shit that breaks, tuning, or stuff you wouldnt even think you need, that you will. 1999 Black C5 1997 Silver RS Wiseco 8.8:1 Pistons(back to low compression!)
