Yes, the whole block was put through the proper TLC that any rebuilt motor should have. This is what was done: Block was cleaned, Bored over .020, diamond stone honed to fit the final piston to wall diameter, Pistons, rods, and crank were fully balanced, and the crank was polished all nice for new bearings. Total cost was 370 bucks. A place called VT Competiton Racing in Lansing, MI did all the work. Matt_95tgs is right near by, and knew the guys there (this is matt's old block out of his eclipse). VT has a state of the art machining facility, and if you like, you can check out their website: www.vtengines.com Click on the "tour" icon, to see some pics. This place has around 3/4 MILLION dollars in equipment! This place has done a few 420A's, and quite a few 4G63's.
