You can check the CV with the car up on jack stands. grab the axle and turn it and look for excess play in the joint. I've had odd vibrations from alignment issues. Also the balancing on your tires may not be accurate enough. Some machines don't do as well as others. I had this problem on my Neon with a shop that had an older machine, I had them balanced at the dealer and all was good.
