Next time you deal with anyone in a customer service hotline, get their name before you start to talk, if they ever hang up on you, call back immediately, demand to speak with the shift supervisor, be as belligerent as you can. people who take phonecalls are supposed to be as courteous as possible to anone who calls. they are NEVER suposed to 'just hang up' on you. EDIT: be as belligerent as you can only after they have hung up on you once, and only when dealing with the manager, you have a right to be pissed, but don't take it out on the next person who answers. but you can definitely show the manager how displeased you are with his service.
