Sorry I wasn't able to help you out more. I installed my intake on my fun car that wasn't using my heater core, I didn't care about the washer resevoir and I also removed my cruise control unit so the throttle cable was WAY more adjustable. I also have the shorter turbo mani that allows more clearance for the TB inlet.

For what it's worth, his turbo intake took me from full spool at 4k, all the way down to 2800 on the tach. It's a bite to the pocket but very worth the investment.
