Just got an RS today, wondering why the person that put this 3 inch exhaust did NOT install a o2 sensor?

I need to install one Asap because the car seems to studder every once in awhile and is running extremely rich, equaling bad ga

I don't have a shit load of money but what do I need to tell the shop to do to get rid of my codes and get better gas? Should I just get an OEM replacement?
