Thanks, mike I'll look into this. You might talking about the fuel cut off valve.

Weird thing is I don't have a cel on. I went to autozone an asked to have them scan my. They told me it wouldn't show any codes if there's No cel light on. I looked in my haynes book and if the evap faulty it would kick out code 31. When turn the key to the on position, Cel does come on for a few seconds then shuts off.

I'll look in my chiltons for more information the haynes only cover basics.
