Yes, your ECM most likely took a crap. I had those same 22 & 44 codes. A new ECM fixed the problem.

Be sure to send your old one back to them or you won't get the lifetime warranty.

*edit: When I had this problem, my car died often for no reason but would always start right back up. Maybe my ECM wasn't completely dead yet and yours is done with causing the car to not start at all.
