Hey,
I designed a puller for removing the shafts from the tranny, took me about 20 minutes. It uses two existing holes that hold the cover plate in place. After I made the puller it took like 5 minutes to remove the shafts with no risk of breaking the 3 tabs inside. I'll take a picture of it and post it on Monday. If anyone in So.Cal is needing to use it, I'll rent it out for 1 dolla! hehe.
