i have a simular problem, only i can't put it in gear when down shifting... say i'm goin' to a red light and i go from 5th to first, i can't put it into first untill i get lower then 40 or so mhp...

and this has been like this since the day of install...

no problem goin' up though, it seems to be speed related for me too..

i don't know what it is but it don't bother me much so most of the time i don't worry about it
