Sup guys. I need this answer QUICK. My 1997 eclipse, I just changed the tranny oil and I put in ATF-3 Coasta. And I also changed the filter and new seal also.
OK, here is my problem, before I did everything above, everything is perfect, afterward, I get this gear in delay. It only happens when I put into R and D.... during D gear, it changes gear fine. but whe nI first put into R or D, the car is in Neutral for like 1 second before it get into gear.
So now this is the problem, first I thought I didn't do the seal good, so tranny oil is leaking, so I checked everything to day, and got under the car, PERFECT.... Tranny oil is at PERFECT HEIGHT!
So what's sup??? Did this ever happened to any of you? Thanks guys...any ideas are greatly appreciated.
BTW, how should the tranny oil level should appears on the stick? ____________________ADD_WARM_____HOT When cold over nite? ==> |--------|-------------| When fully warm up? ==> |--------|-------------|
