Well, like I tell you guys, I want to share the good and the bad, so let me share a little bad with you.

Finally got the turbo to the track. LVD wednesday night, so the track was pretty crappy, but that is normal. Got 4 runs in. Basically got 2 official runs in. I spent the first 2 runs trying to find a launch and shift points - no such luck. I could not get her into boost (no 2 step set-up). I tried to brake boost off the e-brake but she hits so hard that when the boost hit, the e-brake couldn't hold it. All 2.0 launches (pretty much a 10.5 comp, NA launch). Ok, so from there I found that trying to speed shift at that power level, with that curve, at close to 8k, just wasn't happening for me at that time. I was just locked out (though that may change with my shift timing). So I ended up "granny" shifting (yeah, I actually had to pick up my foot).

First real run (just to get a time) 13.4 - with a 2.0 launch. Second real run (last of the night) I tried to hit my shifts hard (10lbs in my slicks). 1 to 2 shift - spin. 2 to 3 shift - spin. 3 to 4 shift? I didn't even do it. I was so pissed at what was going on that I forgot I was in the turbo and left it in 3rd. When I realized it, I just said fuck it and let it bounce of the rev limiter.

Ended up with a 12.32 @117mph (I just tried to find the slip and I can't find it! I must have lost it subconciously because I'm so pissed about it).

The good thing about the night was.....um, well I didn't break, my buddy ran off a 9.09 @ 164mph in his 1g, I got to race, it was nice out.

The bad was obvious and plentiful. Looks like I need to somehow set-up launch and somehow buy some 26's for slicks. Grrrr.
