There's a nice way to accomplish all those things. It's called the National DSM Registry. You can list all your mods and your times and I think you can even upload a picture of the slip. Sure, it means you're using something made by the guy who bent everyone here over and shoved a mythical suspension component up their collective ass, but it gets the job done and it's free.

I'm always keeping my profile there up to date. So much easier than filling out all the online forms for mods on every site I'm on. I just post a link to www.dsmregistry.com/detail.php?carid=213.
