I finally got a 2gNT this last October after looking for several years (and waiting for the right time). It had less than 57k on it so it was in great shape (a few cosmetic issues that mostly have been fixed), but am now looking to doing some upgrades for performance. I had a 93 RS years ago and loved it until the timing belt broke and fried the whole thing, and had been wanting a newer one ever since. I have already added an AEM Short Ram Intake and a front strut tower brace. Next will be an oversized throttle body, probably here in the next few weeks. I am currently researching the turbocharging idea, but that will be sometime down the road. Anyway, hello from Texas.

Welcome! I'm in the Houston area so not too far away. Your probably close to dsmmyth. If you are researching the turbocharging idea, this is the place to find all the info you need. Make sure to use the search before posting and you should find your stay just fine

I'm pretty good with the search stuff, already found good article on turbocharging which I have printed out and am studying until my eyeballs bleed. Ocassionally I will ask the random, obvious/stupid question.

He does alot of stuff without us knowing. I shipped him my wheels to MN, and weeks later he moved down to Houston.
I could have saved loads of cash on shipping costs.

Oh don't give me that lol. I moved at least 2-3 months after you shipped them to me. And I didn't even realize you were from Texas at the time.

LOL I posted it I thought, ya must have missed it. Where you live in the Houston area? I am in the Spring area, kind of on the edge. I'm like 10 min. west of Humble/Atascocita off of FM 1960.

eh, not too bad, I just noticed rust the other day at the bottom of my doors on the inside. Other than rust, she's holding up very nicely. Well, that and some strange sound under the hood, yes it's coming from the timing side of the engine.
