That's just it. There are no markings on it. I'm trying to get pictures but my computer is down. So if you'll be patient with me ill have pictures of it. If you need different angles ill take more pictures. Any info on what to look for would be helpful too.

I uploaded pictures of it. It looks like the serial number has been cut off with a plasma cutter and the tag is missing. The only marks left are more than likely irrelevant to identification. I am hoping someone with a lot of experience with turbos will recognize it.

Doubtful. Without any kind of stampings, etc, the marginal way of finding out what it is is taking a micrometer and calipers out to take measurements of everything.
I hope you learned from this mistake. You could probably find a fully functioning turbo, albeit chinese-knockoff, for a tad more on eBay.

Yes this is my first experience with a turbo charger and I've learned quite a bit from taking this one apart. Do you have any information on rebuilding one? the only trouble I've run into is taking off the cold side impeller. I know it has to be marked because its balanced but it seems pressed on.
