Hey guys this is for a 2g. I just put on a 60mm TB from throttlebody.com (ebay) and i can't get my idle down from 1500-2000 rpm. The car is also throwing a CEL PO 120: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit.

I've tried the following adjustment tips from DsmTalk:
http://www.dsmtalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1168059&postcount=22

I'm still having a high idle problem, any other tips on adjusting the TPS? BTW I've seen the RRE adjustment and it didn't help.

EDIT: I reinstalled my stock TB and everything is back to normal. I suspect the 60mm TB has a problem. Anyone have similar problems with a 60mm bored TB for a 2g?

Now is this TB just a 1g TB or another aftermarket one? If it is, it will either have 4 ports on the top pointing to the passenger side of the car (one will be at a 45 degree angle) which is a 91-94 or two on the top and two on the front side which is a '90. You would want to use a 91-94. If so, all you should have to do is reuse your stock TPS and be all set. Tons of 2g's run the 1g tb, without a problem. Now, do you also have a 1g intake manifold and head? If no, there is really no point in getting a larger tb, in fact it may hurt performane. If air rushes in and then reaches a 'wall', well you get the idea. Anyways, I hope this somewhat helps. And a 1g tb can (and should be had) for between $25-50.
