OMG. Mine will be like that some day. I don't know all the ins and outs of his set up, but it's a 6-bolt bottom end, likely stock, with a 1.6L turbo head on it, 16G turbo (modified 34mm restrictor for rally), homemade FMIC (huge), Setrab oil cooler, catalytic convertor for a muffler, and custom EPROM tuning (he writes his own code). There are so many little things about this car that make it wonderful, I can't begin to list them all, but I got to drive it and it was fucking amazing. He is running it this weekend at the CRS Gorman Ridge rally about an hour north of LA.
Wish I had pictures of this monster. It's drop dead gorgeous.

You will definitely be seeing it this year in Prescott. Mustafa says CRS really stands for "Can't Remember Shit." After seeing their margarita blender that runs on 104 octane and Castor 2-stroke oil (they tell me this is how the old GrB cars smelled), I imagine the party afterwards will be something else.

i thought 11.8 with a 16g was bs till i seen it
A local guy up here made over 400whp on an Evo III. Another New Englander has been running consistent 11.5's, and another just hit 11.7 only his third time out on the new turbo. I think there is more power in them then people think.

Sorry. EvoIII 16G. I think it actually came off his EvoIII. He's got one of them too. He's swapping all the hardware over to a USDM Mirage shell to make a nice daily driver so he won't be stuck with the Citroen when his wife takes the Benz.
EDIT: No BS. This guy is the real deal. He's coming over this weekend and we're going to seam weld the suspension and motor mount points (and any other seams we can get to), yank the ABS, and then drop my motor in. Should be a good time. Wish me luck. I could be driving my GVR4 by this time next week...
