2.4 EDZ with SRT4 Head and the V8 A904 3spd (my wagon has the itty bitty baby a904 3spd) with adapter plate, I don't remember what he has for a rear end.

Sick, I haven't seen that before either... I wish there was a type of kit you could buy that was like and Ariel Atom that you could put a 2.4 in. Could you imagine how fun that would be to build and drive....

Wish I could get some close ups of that front suspension...

Might be good for some ideas, though.

Yep, stock front suspension, same setup as my cars. Which the strut/wheel hubs are interchangeable with Starions fyi. Benefit of the widebody Starions is they are 5 lug. That Colt is still rocking 4 lug on the front.
and I found the photobucket of all the car pics, so her ya go Dino

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought this, but it's nice to be able recognize the engine the moment you see the timing belt and how it is routed.
Oh, wait that reminds me, I have to check if it is time to change mine Over the years changing the belt, changing cams, and head once, I must have changed that belt on mine at least half a dozen times.

Dino, Here are some pics off my cars if you're still curious on front suspension setup, I forgot I had the front suspension apart on my Wagon currently lol.
That's what the control arm looks like (on the ground), similar to a AE86 Corolla, only the Colts have 3 bolts that bolt to the strut instead of just two.
Hub mounted on strut
underneath of my Coupe
Idea of how the motor could bolt up to said crossmember, this of course is a 4g63 in my Coupe using Mighty Max mounts. A Starion crossmember is similar but wider and their lower control arms are more like a Nissan 240sx, no "A" shape.
