No

You dont ever need a camber kit or struts.
Struts will help if you are lowered or if you are stock height.
Camber kits will help you keep your tires straight and save tread if your camber is excessive. The camber is kind of a linear graph where as the more you lower, the worse the camber.

Id take your car to a shop and have your camber checked after your drop. If your camber isn't too bad then don't get kits, but get an aligment no matter what. With that little of a drop, you may not need new struts. It's reall kind of random whether your struts will blow or not. If they do, the car will still be safe to drive, it will just be bumpy as hell. If that happens, get some struts.

Its suggested but you wont need them.
Go ahead and just buy the springs for now if your short on cash.
