As the subject says, I'm going to search a 3.55 tranny from a neon, I've read a lot of info, so the tranny would be on a 1995+ Neon but there's a particularity to indetify that it's the 3.55 one? because I read that sometimes they have a 3.94...

I like Dave's setup, but I would look into a different turbo personally. One with a little more topend umph. A 100hp dip from 6,000rpm to 7,000 rpm wouldnt be ideal to me. I like squeezing out all the power till redline without shifting early.

That dyno was not a full tune session. Only pulls on a rough street tune by me. If you think a GT3076 is not enough turbo on a 2.4, I hope you are planning a track only build. I rarely take advantage of its.full potential on the street.

If you got an obsession like me there is a race transmission from TMZ performance. Mr Tim Zimmer himself is building mine right now as we speak and to my knowledge I am the only one that I have ever seen with a Custom transmission. It is geared to my specs for the 1/4, shot peened, cryo treated, new shift forks, faceplated differential and with the 3.55 final drive left from Johns neon tranny with the Quife LSD.
As for Code4 you guys have to remember that turbo probably spools pretty fast for that 400 hp.

I have noticed that about you code is that it doesnt seem like you take it to the strip much which there isnt anything wrong with that because your car is going to last longer but have you ever ran a 1/4 at a strip? JW
