Oops. Sorry forgot to get back to you. I'm not sure what you are running for tires, but you'll want to lower the pressure of your tires so that the sidewall can take up some of the torque without spinning the tires (or minimal spin). If you have like 40's on there, never mind. It won't do a thing. But if your going with 15" or 16" rim then you probably have a tire on there with some kind of sidewall. I mention this because you talk about all the spinning. A 2.2 or a 2.3 isn't that bad for launches on FWD. But the lowering the tire pressure is not just for launches. It also helps limit your spin when shifting. Try to bring it down to around 18 or so (it's hard to tell because the pressure is dependant on your tires, the track, your set-up etc.). You will probably work down from there.
