Your all messed up man... Look here, I havent painted this much since I have been like 5 years old, lol. Follow this diagram, it doesnt get any easier than this to understand bro. Even if your not using a SFMU, if you have a normal FPR like i pictured above, still use the same setup for the side and bottom ports off the FPR or SFMU...
Only thing that isnt noted on this pic, is that when you take out the factory FPR and fuel filter, you need to cut the hard supply line and put a 1/4" hose on the end, and then thats what connects to the fuel filter and then to the supply line on the fuel pump:
