Yes it’s in but I still need like 250 miles on the clutch break-in before I can really test the bitch out. So far it feels better a little better in the turns but I won’t really know until the break-in is done.
I have seen the pics of the knock off version and I couldn’t tell you if it was better or not. They should act the same in characteristics and performance (w/ equal springs). I think the PG would last longer though because it is 100% steel and the other is aluminum and steel. I personally wouldn't put that a piece of aluminum in-between my spider gears but that is just me. Let’s say the piece wore out, once you wore through the steel on top it wouldn’t be a pretty thing when it got down to the aluminum. I kind of think the engineer behind the PG would have made it out of aluminum if he could have in the first place. It's way cheaper than the steel they use.
