Kiku- The support tool is the software you HAVE to use to interface a PC with the emanage in order to program it and enable the advanced features. Not sure if the following is true, but from a website:

"GReddy doesn’t want you to tune the eManage yourself. They want their dealers to make money off you in order to have it tuned, and maybe to reduce the number of warranty claims by idiots who are trying to install it and blow it up, and they tried to insure this by two methods:

o They limited the software distribution to dealers only. The advanced features of the unit can only be activated by downloading the software into the eManage unit. This requires the software and a data-link cable. Setting-up and tuning the advanced features requires continued use of the software and cable.

o They limited distribution of the special communication cable to dealers only.
