Should I get a dyno figure on my 2.0L and then get it on the 2.3L at the same boost just to compare how much better the motor is?

I say do it as well. And all you should change between runs is the motor. Of course the weather also plays a factor, but if you can do it on similar days this won't be a huge factor.
